    HOSPITAL MANAGER

    Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria and Abuja, Nigeria

    Job Description:

    • Oversee daily hospital operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient patient care.
    • Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial
      sustainability.
    • Establish and enforce hospital policies and procedures in compliance with healthcare regulations.
    • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate medical and administrative staff.
    • Monitor healthcare quality, implement improvement initiatives, and ensure adherence to best practices.
    • Coordinate patient care services and work toward enhancing patient satisfaction.
    • Participate in strategic planning by setting goals and developing implementation strategies.
    • Collect and analyze operational data to assess performance and support decision-making.
    • Prepare reports and presentations for hospital leadership and external stakeholders.
    • Manage hospital resources, including equipment, inventory, and infrastructure maintenance.
    • Lead community outreach, handle public relations, and address patient concerns and complaints.

    Job Requirements:

    • Master’s degree in Public Healthcare Management/Administration, Business
      Administration, Gender Studies, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare management role.
    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
    • Solid understanding of public health principles, disease prevention, and healthcare regulations.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency with healthcare management software and data analysis tools.

    OPHTHALMOLOGIST

    Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria and Abuja, Nigeria

    Job Description:

    • Conduct comprehensive eye examinations including visual acuity testing, refraction, and slit-lamp evaluations.
    • Diagnose and manage ocular conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and refractive errors.
    • Perform surgical procedures including cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation, trabeculectomy, pterygium excision, eyelid repair, and other anterior segment surgeries.
    • Provide post-operative care and follow-up consultations.
    • Educate patients on ocular health, contact lens care, and safety practices.
    • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
    • Collaborate with optometrists, ophthalmic nurses, and other eye care professionals.
    • Participate in quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives.

    Job Requirements:

    • Fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria (FMCOph) and/or the West African College of Surgeons (FWACS – Ophthalmology).
    • Valid and current Annual Practicing License from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
    • Minimum of 4 years post-fellowship experience in a reputable eye care institution.
    • Active membership with the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA).

    OPTOMETRIST

    Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria and Abuja, Nigeria

    Job Description:

    • Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to diagnose visual conditions and ocular diseases.
    • Perform routine and follow-up eye exams for pediatric and adult patients.
    • Analyze diagnostic test results and develop treatment plans.
    • Prescribe and dispense eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other visual aids.
    • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care.
    • Screen and triage urgent or walk-in patients.
    • Educate patients on visual hygiene, lens care, and eye safety.
    • Refer patients to ophthalmologists when necessary.

    Job Requirements:

    • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree.
    • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
    • Membership in a recognized professional organization such as the Nigerian Optometric Association (NOA) or Optometry and Dispensing Optician Board of Nigeria (ODOBN).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

    SALES / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

    Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria and Abuja, Nigeria

    Job Description:

    • Attend organized medical camps and outreach programs within and outside the state.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.
    • Analyze customer feedback to assess satisfaction levels.
    • Provide input for product development and competitive positioning.
    • Analyze financial data and develop strategies to reduce costs and increase
      profitability.
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with leadership to determine cost-effective business development strategies.
    • Meet with potential partners or investors to present offerings and negotiate deals.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
    • Familiarity with CRM software, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to travel as required.
